Commitment Statement

As an independent contractor, I am committed to promoting gender equality in all aspects of my professional activities and collaborations.

Resources & Implementation

  • Annual Review: Each January

  • Budget Allocation: Minimum 2% of annual revenue dedicated to gender equality training and initiatives

Data Collection & Monitoring

  • Annual self-assessment of gender equality practices

  • Tracking of collaboration patterns by gender (where data is available)

  • Documentation of any incidents or concerns

  • Annual progress report published on website

Training & Capacity Building

  • Minimum 4 hours annual training on unconscious bias and gender equality

  • Participation in relevant professional development workshops

  • Regular review of current research on gender equality in my field
